What’s happened in 2014
It’s the end of 2014 and time to reflect on what I’ve achieved in the last year. It’s been a funny year for me after relocating to Nice, France in January. I’ve been somewhat unsettled learning a new language, and culture. I’ve taken a back seat business-wise, spending a lot of time updating my website and only managed a few photography trips (in my mind anyway!).
I’m very happy with the photos I’ve taken during 2014. I travelled to many new places in Italy, France, Belgium, Greece and Turkey, scored pretty well in the Australian APPA awards (gaining more points towards the title of ‘Master Photographer’), had several images published in Australian Geographic Magazine – a dream of mine for a long time – and featured in Capture Magazine’s end of year publication, The Annual.
In 2015, look out for more photos from Greece and Turkey, along with photos from other European destinations as I find more time to travel.
Wishing you all a Snap-Happy New Year!
