Panorama ratio 3:1 Photographed from the popular Craig’s Hut in Victoria’s Alpine National Park. We had all the seasons within the space of a sunset here which made for an interesting shoot. As the sunset peaked and the clouds lighting everything in an amazing orange glow snow started falling heavily. I had the foresight to grab an umbrella from the car and continued to shoot whilst keeping myself and the camera dry. It really is hard to shoot with only one arm free especially when trying to compose with the weighty Canon 70-200mm F2.8 lens.
